早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on effect of breast- conserving surgery in treating nonage breast cancer

目的:探讨早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法:将我院早期乳腺癌患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予改良根治手术治疗,观察组给予保乳手术治疗,评估2组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、住院时间及并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗的临床效果显著,值得应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of breast -conserving surgery in treating nonage breast cancer .Methods：60 cases with nonage breast cancer were divided into the observe group and the control group .The control group received the improving radical opera-tion,and the observe group received the breast -conserving surgery .Results：The total rate in the observe group was more than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The operative incision length, operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage , length of stay and complication in the observe group after treatment were fewer than those in control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on relapse rate in them（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of breast -conserving surgery in treating nonage breast cancer should be obvious ,so they might be worth being used .
