MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合平导板矫治儿童深覆合临床研究

Clinical study of MBT sliding straight wire technique with biteplate to treat the children deep overbite.

目的:探讨MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合微型平导矫治儿童前牙深覆合的临床效果。方法:对20例Ⅱ°和III°前牙深覆合的患者使用MBT滑动直丝矫治技术配合活动微型平导板矫治器进行治疗;分为实验组和对照组2组,每组20例。实验组用滑动直丝弓+平导板,对照组为未经矫治的原始资料。2组均拍摄头颅侧位片。结果:实验组和对照组下面高分别为(68.90±2.40)mm和65.80±1.91mm。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组打开咬合平均时间,Ⅱ°深覆合平均4.1±2.2个月,III°深覆合平均5.5±2.2个月。结论:MBT矫治技术联合活动微型平导板矫治儿童前牙深覆合是一种快速有效打开咬合的好方法,并能有增加前下面垂直高度,改善面形,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effects in the application of MBT sliding straight wire technique with biteplate to treat the children＆#39;s deep overbite .Materials and Methods：To treat 20 cases of patients with II ＆#176;and III ＆#176;deep overbite by MBT straight wire appli-ance used the biteplate .This experiment was divided into experimental and control groups , the experimental group uses the sliding straight wire technique with the biteplate .The control group was consisted of the original materals from same cases .The cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after treatment .Results：The lower of 1/3 in face heights of the experimental and control group were （68.90 ±2. 40） mm and （65.80 ±1.91） mm.The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The average time of open the bite of Ⅱ ＆#176; deep laminated was 4.1 ±2.2 months, the average time of Ⅲ＆#176;deep overbite was 5.5 ±2.2 months.Conclusion：MBT appliance tech-nique with the biteplate to treat deep overbite could increase the vertical height in the lower face and improve the facial esthetics .So, it should be worthy of clinical application .
