摘要
目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)和动态增强成像(DCEI)后测量的信号增强率(SER)在评价肝脏原发癌(PhC)立体定向放射治疗后的疗效,并探讨两者的关联性。方法:收集确诊肝癌病人34例,分别于放射治疗前、放射治疗15天、治疗完成、完成后1个月、完成后3个月时行磁共振DWI和动态增强检查,比较各期病灶大小、ADC值以及SER的差异,分析放射治疗后ADC值改变与SER改变之间的关联性。结果:肝癌在立体定向放射治疗早期体积无明显变化,放射治疗前、放射治疗15天、治疗完成、完成后1个月、完成后3个月ADC值:(1.053士0.194)×10-3mm2/s,(1.059士0.146)×10-3mm2/s;(1.104士0.129)×10-3mm2/s;(1.167士0.185)×10-3mm2/s;(1.244士0.133)×10-3mm2/s。SER:127.55±22.32;122.91±22.80;108.59±23.10;;83.36±23.55;47.61±22.36。结论:肝癌在立体定向放射治疗后各期的ADC值与DCEI测量的SER存在一定的关系,两者结合有助于肝癌立体定向放射治疗的疗效评价。
Objective:To learn the correlation between the diffusion -weighted magnetic resonance imaging ( DWI) and the signal en-hancement ratio ( SER) .By them to evaluate the value of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on primary hepatic carcinoma ( PhC) . Methods:34 cases who suffering PhC were collected in this study , all of them had been underwent examination including diffusion -weighted magnetic resonance and dynamic -contrast enhanced magnetic resonance .then measure the size , SER and ADC of tumor before the treatment of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the follow period :3 days before treatment , after 15 days, treatment were com-pleted, treatment were completed one month , treatment were completed one month .Results:The size of tumor had no significant change after 2 month treatment of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy .the average ADC at the five points are as follows:(1.053±0.194 ) ×10-3mm2/s,(1.059±0.146 ) ×10-3mm2/s;(1.104±0.129 ) ×10-3mm2/s;(1.167±0.185 ) ×10-3mm2/s;(1.244±0.133 ) ×10-3mm2/s. Average SER:127.55 ±22.32;122.91 ±22.80;108.59 ±23.10;83.36 ±23.55;47.61 ±22.36. Conclu-sion:ADC and SER has certain relationships in the three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy of PhC .It's helpful for doctors to learn the value of PhC after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy by combination the two parameters .
