摘要
一般的专家系统由于不具有自学习的功能 ,阻碍了其进一步的应用与发展。针对工业生产过程中大量存在的工艺曲线获取与优化问题 ,文中提出了一种根据生产或实验数据结合模糊评价结果进行广义自学习以实现加热炉炉温工艺曲线优化的专家系统设计思想和方法 ,并进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明 ,该方法是有效的 。
Not having self learning ability, ordinary expert system is limited in its application. To solve the problem of obtaining and optimizing technology curve in reheating furnace,a sort general segmental self learning expert system is proposed and analyzed in this article basing upon the production or experience data,which is simulated by computer. The results of simulation show that such method can be effective, has potential usage in industry.
