摘要
目的采用结构化信息技术和无尺度网络分析模型,对国医大师方和谦教授经验方"滋补汤"医案中所治的疾病、证候、用药趋势、核心处方等信息进行分析挖掘。方法 "滋补汤"病历采用结构化病历模板录入,用名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统软件对数据进行统计分析。结果方和谦教授经验方"滋补汤"主治中医疾病37种,主治中医证候共48种,所治临床主要症状为乏力、气短、心悸,常用中药94种。挖掘出方师应用"滋补汤"治疗痹证、心悸、眩晕、喘证的4个核心复方。结论将无尺度网络模型的应用研究与核心处方研究相结合,提高了名老中医经验整理研究技术手段的科学性。
Objective To analyze the disease, syndrome patterns, choice of herbs and core recipes of Fang He Qian's empiri- cal recipe of nourishing decoction with structured information technology and scale-free network analysis model.Methods After inputting all the cases involving nourishing decoction into the structuralized medical records model, we utilize the infor- mation collection system for clinical diagnosis and treatment of distinguished TCM doctors to carry out the statistic analysis of the data. Results TCM Master Fang He Qian's empirical recipe of nourishing decoction can be used to treat 37 different TCM diseases and 48 different syndromes, which involve lassitude, shortness of breath and palpitation. 94 kinds of herbs are used. Four core recipes targeting Bi syndrome, palpitation, vertigo and gasp syndrome were developed. Conclusion The combination of application of scale-free network analysis model and core recipe studies enhances the technology for studying distinguished TCM doctors' experience scientifically.
