摘要
目的通过测定中国林蛙不同部位中重金属的含量,初步诠释重金属在中国林蛙体内富集特征,并阐明中国林蛙药用、食用的安全性。方法采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法,测定中国全体(去除输卵管和卵的雌、雄体)、输卵管和卵中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜的含量。结果 3个产地的中国林蛙输卵管、卵及雌雄蛙全体中重金属含量均符合标准。结论重金属在中国林蛙体内有富集,但并未显示靶向积聚趋势。此研究表明中国林蛙在应用时比较安全。
Objective By measuring the heavy metals in different parts of Rana temporaria chensinensis David,preliminary interpretation the accumulation characteristics of which the heavy metals in Rana temporaria chensinensis David, and Clarify h,s eflqcacy and safety. Method Using atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the content of lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper of fallopian tub and eggs (removal of the fallopian tubes and eggs the female and male body). Result Three origin of rana chensinensis fallopian tube, heavy metal content in eggs and the male and female frogs all conform to the standard. Conolusion Heavy metals arsenic in Rana terr^rat/a chensinensis David body more, but did not show targeted accumulation trend. This study shows that the application of rana chensinensis is safe.
