面部火疗与分期治疗特发性面神经麻痹

The facial fire treatment and stage therapeutics for idiopathic facial nerve paralysis

目的探讨面部火疗与分期治疗对特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法 49例特发性面神经麻痹患者分时段运用面部火疗、药物、理疗、针刺。急性期采用火疗,药物治疗,物理因子治疗;静止期采用火疗,药物治疗,物理因子治疗,针刺治疗;恢复期采用火疗,物理因子治疗,针刺治疗和功能训练。治疗前与治疗后采用portmann简易评分方法进行评分,根据治疗前后评分计算改善指数。结果治疗后面肌功能评分(17.365 2±1.836 2)较治疗前(3.023 9±1.721 3)明显改善,面肌功能改善指数(0.834 5±0.081 6),疗效显著。结论火疗贯穿整个治疗过程中,它通过与面部皮肤广泛接触加热、浸润、渗透,使有效成分透过真皮渗透到肌肉及血液中去,疏通人体全身经络,调动人体全身气血,活化人体全身细胞,祛除体内风、寒、湿、毒等,激活身体机能,起到温经通络,活血化瘀消肿等作用。分时段配合物理因子治疗、针刺治疗,可起到疏通经络,温经活血,调和气血,化瘀开塞,平衡阴阳的功效。面部火疗与分期治疗对改善特发性面神经麻痹患者面肌功能疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the facial fire treatment and stage therapeutics for idiopathic facial nerve paralysis. Methods 49 patients with idiopathic facial nerve paralysis were treated with the facial fire treatment, medication, physical therapy and acupuncture in different stages. The facial fire treatment, medication and physicaltherapy were adopted in acute stage. The facial fire treatment, medication, physical therapy and acupuncture were adopted in quies- cent stage. The facial fire treatment, physical therapy, acupuncture and functional training were adopted in recovery stage. With the use of Portmann simple evaluation methods, the clinical curative effects were evaluated according to an index score calculated before and after treatment respectively. Results Facial function score after treatment （ 17. 365 2 ＋ 1. 836 2） was significantly more improved than that before the treatment （3. 023 9 ＋ 1. 721 3 ） and the facial function-ameliorated index was also improved （0. 834 5 _＋ 0.081 6）. Conclusion The facial fire treatment in different stages can warm and moisten fa- cial skin, make active ingredients permeate muscle and blood through dermis, dredge meridian, activate Qi, blood and cells, dispel wind, cold, dampness and toxin, activate physical function to warm and activate meridian, activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and reduce the swelling. The physical therapy and acupuncture in different stages can warm and acti- vate meridian, blood circulation, Qi and blood, dissipate blood stasis and balance Yin and Yang. The facial fire treatment and stage therapeutics can significantly ameliorate facial muscle function in patients with idiopathic facial paralysis.
