醒脑降逆活血法治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆

The method of inducing resuscitation and dropping Hiccup and activating blood on post-stroke intractable hiccup

目的观察醒脑降逆活血法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将入组的30例患者进行针(人中、内关、中脘、足三里、攒竹、天鼎、膻中、膈俞等穴)药(当归、生地黄、桃仁、红花、丁香、枳壳、沉香、川芎、桔梗、黄芪、党参、木香、全蝎、地龙、蜈蚣等)结合的方法治疗。结果痊愈18例,占60%;有效6例,占20%;好转4例,占13.33%;无效2例,占6.67%。总有效率为93.33%。结论醒脑降逆活血法治疗顽固性呃逆疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of inducing resuscitation and dropping Hiccup and activating blood method on post-stroke intractable hiccup. Methods 30 cases were treated with acupuncture （the acupoints of phihrum, Neiguan acupoint, Chungwan, Tsusanli, Zanzhu, Tianding, Danzhong, Geshu etc. ） and Chinese medicine （ Angeli- ca, rehmannia, peach kernel, safflower, clove, fructus aurantii, ligaloes, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Platycodonis, Huang Qi, Codonopsis pilosula, Mu Xiang, scorpio, pberetima, centipede）. Result There are 18 cured cases occupying 60 %, 6 signifi- cantly effective cases occupying 20% ,4 effective cases occupying 13.33% and 2 ineffective cases occupying 6.67%. The total effective rate was 93.33 %. Conclusion Inducing resuscitation and dropping Hiccup and activating blood method is very effective in treatment of intractable hiccup of post-stroke and is worthy of clinical application.
