围刺联合高能红光对带状疱疹早期干预研究进展

Clinical research progress of surround needling combined with high-energy light in early intervention of herpes zoster

围刺联合高能红光在治疗带状疱疹上有很大的优势,疗法各具特色又相得益彰。以"围刺"及"高能红光"为关键词,在CNKI数据库中搜索近10年文献进行总结分析。大量的临床实践证实:围刺方法治疗本病具有通调气血、解毒泻热、通经活络、去瘀消肿之功;高能红光照射能改善带状疱疹局部血液循环,缓解炎症和水肿,加快神经根炎症的修复过程。两者联合应用在缩短病程、缓解疼痛及减少后遗神经痛等方面明显优于纯西医治疗,有利于患者的临床康复,也为临床治疗带状疱疹提供丰富的治疗手段。

Surround needling combined with high-energy light has an advantage in treating herpes zoster and the therapy is distinctive and complementary. The author takes the ＂Surrounding Needling＂ and ＂High-energy light＂ as the keywords and analyzes the literature searching in CNKI database for nearly 10 years. A large number of clinical practice confirm that the Surround Needling treatment has the effect of adjusting blood, spilling hot and detoxification, dredging the channel, cleating the blood and the swelling away; High-energy light can improve local blood circulation of Herpes zoster, relieve inflarmnation and edema and speed up the reparative process of the nerve root inflammation. The joint application of both treatments can shorten the duration of symptoms, relieve pain and reduce neuralgia which is better than pure western medicine treatment. Both of them are also beneficial to the patient＇s clinical rehabilitation and provide rich treatment for clinical treatment of herpes zoster.
