间充质干细胞治疗心肌梗死研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 2001年德国移植免疫和细胞治疗研究所 Strauer等首次对心肌梗死(MI)患者尝试自体骨髓干细胞移植,10周后发现患者左心室周长缩小,心脏指数、LVEF、心输出量等均有明显改善,坏死心肌的平均面积由24.6%减至15.7%.目前,虽未能广泛应用于临床治疗,但已能预见其广阔前景.
