Toll样受体4在脑血管病中的表达及其作用 被引量:2

摘要 Toll样受体(Toll-like receptor,TLR)是一类特殊免疫蛋白受体家族,在天然免疫反应中发挥关键作用,能够识别并结合某些病原体及其产物所具有的病原相关分子模式,还能够与机体内相应的内源性配体识别并结合,启动相应的细胞信号转导通路,激活机体的天然免疫应答,通过活化细胞释放一系列相关下游炎性因子,最终导致机体的获得性免疫应答被有效激活.到目前为止,已发现有13种TLR,其中TLR4发现最早,在脑血管病中的作用和机制研究也最多,故在此方面作一综述.
