摘要
优化氰化提金工艺的研究表明 ,采用预氧化处理、阶段磨浸提金工艺 ,可有效地降低氰化尾渣金品位 ,提高氰化回收率 ,减轻伴生矿物在氰化过程中的干扰行为 ,防止金表面钝化和污染 ,减少氰化钠消耗 。
It showed from study and practice of optimization of cyaniding technology that adopting pre oxidation to treat stage grinding and leaching,the gold grade of leached residue was reduced,the leaching rate improved,the interference of associated minerals much weakened,the passiviation and pollution of gold surface prevented and the consumption of sodium cyanide lowered,thus gaining marked economic benefit.
