半乳糖凝集素-3在心力衰竭评估中的作用与价值 被引量：4

摘要 半乳糖凝集素（galectin）-3是galectin家族的重要成员之一,称为Mac-2抗原.其是一个相对分子质量为26 000、与β-半乳糖苷结合的蛋白,能通过糖识别域与细胞表面的糖蛋白或糖脂结合,参与多种生理和病理过程.galectin-3主要存在于细胞质中,也可存在正常细胞、肿瘤组织中,其调节机制,尚不十分清楚.近年研究发现,galectin-3作为炎性反应的重要介质,在心肌重构和心力衰竭的病理发展过程中有重要作用,心力衰竭患者血浆galectin-3水平表达越高,越易进展为心力衰竭恶化,住院率与病死率也越高.2010年,美国食品与药物管理局批准了galectin-3的临床应用.
