摘要
研究了30Mn2V三级锚链钢在调质下的脆性裂及其脆性转变温度,实验证明:30Mn_2V三级锚钢的脆性转变温度范围为-70℃～-80℃.为锚链钢的低温脆性断裂提供了有利的科学依据。
In this paper,the brittle failre and brittle-ductile trabsition temperature in the state of quenching -and-tempering of 30Mn2V U3 gtade anchor -chain is studied. Experiments proved: The brittle transition temperature of 30Mn2V U3 grade anchor -chain steel is - 70℃~80℃. It has supplied advantageous scitific evidence to the anchor - chain's brittle failure at low temperature.
