Analysis for Cause of CCslab Cross Cracks and Countermeasures

1999年,临钢板坯连铸生产中频繁出现横裂纹,严重影响了铸坯质量。为了彻底解决这一问题,深入基层作了调查研究,找出了产生横裂的原因,提出了有效的改进措施。

In 1999,the cross cracks occruued frequenty in CC slabs cast in our plant,and brought a serious influence to slabs quality. In order to solve this problem,we went to basic units to investi-gaate throughly and found out the cause of cross crack formation. Then we proposed some effective measures to prevent the crack forming.
