摘要
OCr19Ni9N锻件是“三峡”工程用钢,要求较高的表面硬度值。经过控制钢中C、N含量,及开坯、锻造、热处理工艺,成品质量符合要求,开发量达到1000多t。
0Cr19Ni9N forgings was used in 'sanxia' project,and must be qualified for higher surface hardness. Some processes in the couse of the produce were controlled,such as the corbon and nitrogen content of steel,blooming、forging、heat treatment and so on. The products quality accord winth the demands,and output amount to more than one thousand tons.
