觉察压力对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

Influence of perceived stress on quality of life in cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨觉察压力对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响。方法采用觉察压力量表和生活质量综合评定问卷对426例脑梗死患者进行问卷调查。结果脑梗死患者觉察压力和生活质量总分分别为(28.82±3.94)分和(44.00±5.44)分。入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、偏瘫、失语、生活自理能力、觉察压力各维度均为脑梗死患者生活质量的影响因素。结论脑梗死患者觉察压力较大,生活质量不高,觉察压力对生活质量有负性影响。医护人员应针对患者觉察压力状况提供相应的护理措施,以提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of perceived stress on quality of life in cerebral infarction patients. Methods Totally,426 cerebral infarc tion patients were investigated with Perceived Stress Scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory. Results The total scores of perceived stress and quality of life were （ 28.82 ± 3.94 ） and （44.00 ± 5.44 ）, respectively. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, hemiplegia, aphasia, activities of daily living and perceived stress were irflluencing factors of quality of life in cerebral infarction patients. Conclusion The perceived stress of cerebral infarction patients is high, and their quality of life is relatively low. Perceived stress has a negative influence on quality of life. Medical staffs should provide corresponding nursing measures according to their perceived stress situation, in order to improve their quality of life.
