肾移植受者情感体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on emotional experience of renal transplantation recipients

目的 了解术后3 ～12个月肾移植受者的情感体验.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对11例肾移植受者进行深入访谈,并将收集的资料进行处理和分析.结果 提炼出5个主题：不安感、心理认同的改变、主观社会支持、亏欠家人、自由感.结论 医护人员应充分了解肾移植受者的情感体验,积极做好心理干预,疏通心理障碍,提高受者的术后生活质量.

Objective To understand the emotional experience of renal transplantation recipients among three to twelve months. Methods Phenomenolog ical method was used to interview 11 renal transplantation recipients. Then the information was transformed and analyzed. Results Five themes were abstracted from the information collected, which were unsafe feelings, changes of psychological identity, subjective social support, feeling guilty to the family and feelings of freedom. Conclusion Medical staffs should pay more attention to renal transplantation recipients emotional experience, take effective intervention and dredge psychological barrier to improve their quality of life.
