糖尿病患者胰岛素笔保存的现状调查

Investigation on preservation of insulin pen in diabetes mellitus patients

目的了解糖尿病患者胰岛素笔保存的现状并分析存在的问题,为糖尿病患者健康教育提供依据。方法应用自制的糖尿病患者胰岛素笔保存情况调查问卷对北京市某医科大学3所附属医院105例使用胰岛素笔的糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 75.24%的糖尿病患者未更换胰岛素笔笔体,93.33%的糖尿病患者重复使用针头。患者关于温度对胰岛素笔笔芯影响的知识掌握较差。结论糖尿病患者对胰岛素笔保存的知识存在不同程度的缺陷,护理管理者应加强对糖尿病患者胰岛素笔保存知识方面的健康教育。

Objective To understand the status of preservation of insulin pen in diabetic patients, so as to provide references for health education for diabeic patients. Method A total of 105 diabetic patients using insulin pen from three 3A level hospitals in Beijing were recruited and investigated with a self designed diabetic insulin pen preservation questionnaire. Results About 75.24% of the patients were not replacing insulin pen,93.33% of them were repeated using nee dies. Patients＂ knowledge about the temperature effect on the insulin pen was poor. Conclusion Diabetic patients lack enough cognition of preservation of insulin pen. It is suggested to pay more attention to the patients＇knowledge and enhance related health education.
