护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力评价指标体系的初步构建

Preliminary construction of evaluation indictor system of professional competence for Master of Nursing Specialist

目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力评价指标体系。方法采用专家会议法和专家函询法(Delphi法)对指标体系进行拟定、筛选和修改。结果通过访谈和专家会议法拟定专家函询问卷进行两轮专家函询,专家积性系数为93.94%和93.55%;专家权威系数为0.947,专家两轮文字建议分别为48条和4条,一二级指标重要性赋值均数>3.5,变异系数<0.25。最终确定的指标体系包括7个一级指标,50个二级指标。结论初步构建护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力评价指标体系,能够为护理硕士专业学位培养的过程性评价以及终结性评价提供参考依据。

Objective To establish the evaluation indictor system of professional competence for Master of Nursing Specialist （MNS）. Methods Litera ture review and Delphi method were adopted to establish, screen and modify the evaluation system indicators. Results Two rounds of enquiry were conducted, ex pert posititive coefficients were 93.94% and 93.55% , expert authority coefficient was 0. 947, and propose 48 and 4 suggestions. The importance scores of all in dexes were higher than 3.5 ,and variable coefficient was lower than 0.25. The ultimate evaluation system indictor included 7 first level indicators and 50 second level indicators. Conclusion The preliminary building evaluation indicator system of professional competence for MNS can provide references for process and summative evaluation of cultivating MNS.
