This report introduce the representative of the foreign submarine acoustic stealth front technology, including acoustic metamaterials, new magnetostrictive materials, submarine electromagnetic launch technology, environmental energy harvesting technology and new acoustic camera technology. New concepts,new principles,new materials was studied,in order to understand the foreign submarine acoustic stealth front technology and enhance the use of submarines in combat stealth advantage for reference.
