发达国家远程医疗标准和学术组织

First Exploration on the Standards and Academic Organization of Developed Countries on Telemedicine

目的:研究并吸取发达国家远程医疗发展的经验,以推动我国远程医疗的发展。方法:查阅、采集、翻译、研究以美国为首的诸多发达国家远程医疗的资料,与我国情况进行对比,寻找差距,明晰发展路子。结果:许多发达国家都设立了独立的远程医疗专业的学术组织,发布了很多远程医疗的标准,大力推动了远程医疗事业的发展。相比之下,中国没有这样的组织,而且标准规范也非常缺乏。结论:中国的医疗资源分布不均、广大农村和边远地区缺医少药情况严重,对远程医疗服务的要求更为迫切。中国更需要设立远程医学专业的相关学术组织以开展学术研究、探索、交流,更需要加强远程医疗标准的研究,以推动此项事业的发展。

Objective：Research and Learn the experiences of developed countries on telemedicine so as to promote the develop of China on this field. Method：look up, gather, translate and research the materials of developed countries especially US on telemedicine, then compare it with China, consequently see the gap between the both and the path of development in China clearly. Result：Many developed countries have set up academic organizations and published many standards and guidelines for telemedicine. However, China has no such organization and be very lack of those standards. Conclusion： For the distribution of health resources in China is very unfair, the vast rural and remote areas medicines is in severe cases, so there are more requirement for telemedicine service. So China more need to set up telemedicine professional related academic organization to carry out academic research, exploration, communication, more need to strengthen the research of telemedicine standards and guidelines, to promote the development of the telemedicine cause.
