简要介绍了国家卫生部下发的《电子病历系统功能应用水平分级评价方法及标准(试行)》,结合医院的实践情况,应用该方法及标准对自身的电子病历系统功能情况进行了规范、客观、针对性的评价,得出了真实反应信息化建设情况的数据,明确了医院现阶段电子病历实现的功能、自己所处的位置及今后发展的建设路线方向。最后,根据医院的具体应用情况,对评价的方法和标准给出了几点具体的建议。

In this paper,our hospital has applied to the Ministry of Health issued the ＂electronic medical records system application level classification evaluation methods and standards＂ and In the circumstances the paper objectively evaluate the application of the electronic medical records system function and draw a true result of informatization construction and application . The results of the evaluation clears the state in the application of electronic medical records at this stage and the improvement and development direction. At last, the authors give some suggestions to the evaluation methods and standards.
