本文介绍了A3(A4)普碳钢轧后余热处理Ⅱ级带肋钢筋的生产工艺参数,焊接工艺、产品技术性能、构件试验、工程试点及经济效益分析。解决了轧后余热处理Ⅱ级钢筋闪光对焊及提高钢筋强屈比的方法。
The article introduces the production technology, welding technology, properties of products, con-crete component test, application in engineering and analysis of economic benefit. The techniqueproblem in flash welding was solved and the method for improving the ratio of the strength to itsproof stress was researched.
