摘要
本文通过建筑用耐候钢钢号设计、中试冶炼、轧制、锻压、机械加工、理化检验、金相分析以及锈蚀试验等,阐述了国产建筑用耐候钢材质的研制,冷弯型钢断面的优化、耐候钢轻型单面焊接H型钢生产工艺等几项填补国内空白的新技术。
By means of the weatherproof steel grade design for building, middle experimental smelting, rol-ling, forge press, mechanical processing, physicochemical test, metallographic analysis, etc. this paperilluminates the new technology such as development of weatherproof steel manufactured in our country,optimizatior, of cold bending steel section, production technique for weatherproof H steel of series spotwelding, etc.
