文章从矿业投资角度,以加拿大的矿产资源概况、矿业权管理体系和外商投资法律体系3个方面为主要内容,比较系统地描述了加拿大矿业投资的法律环境,为投资者提供了具有时效性和实用性的相关法律信息,并给出了投资加拿大矿业的若干建议。
This article introduces the panorama of the mineral resources, mining right management and the foreign investment law of Canada. The paper provides a comprehensive and systematical review of the Canadian mining investment legal system, as well as plenty of up dated and useful information and adviees for potential foreign investors.
