摘要
在催化裂化流化床反应器内进行了待生催化剂的再生试验 ,消除内外扩散影响后 ,回归出再生的本征动力学模型 ;再生温度升高时 ,扩散的影响逐渐明显 ,传质与化学反应同时对再生过程产生影响。用正交配置法解微分方程组 ,得出了高温再生时焦炭转化率与反应时间的关系模型 。
The regeneration of spent molecular sieve cracking catalyst was carried out in a fluidized bed reactor. The intrinsic kinetic equation of coke burning was derived with linear regression after elimination of interphase and interparticle diffusion effects. As the regeneration temperature raised, the effect of the internal diffusion on the regeneration became significant. The single point orthogonal collocation method was used to solve the material conservation equations of the reactants, and a kinetic model for coke conversion versus reaction time at high temperature regeneration was obtained. The simulation result was in conformity with the experimental data.
