由硫化氢引起的硫酸露点腐蚀和由连多硫酸引起的应力腐蚀开裂是造成硫磺回收装置冷凝冷却器腐蚀失效的主要原因。文章对改进设计、合理选材和加强工艺管理等预防措施进行了详细介绍。
The construction and material selection of the critical equipment such as reactor, demistor and regenerator for the production of acetaldehyde from ethylene were analyzed. The process performances, fabrication of composite equipment, maintenance and technical improvement were described. Titanium equipment was proposed to replace the composite equipment.
