摘要
通过宏观和微观观察与分析 ,对制钡盐蒸发器的 1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢列管开裂原因进行了讨论。认为列管开裂起源于内壁的点蚀坑 ,裂纹的扩展方式为腐蚀疲劳和应力腐蚀开裂。指出消除加工过程的残余应力可防止SCC的发生 ,同时可选用双相钢 ,Cr5Mo、ND钢或 0 8Cr2AlMo做为列管材料。
By the macro and micro observation and analysis, 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenic stainless steel tubes of barium salt evaporator were discussed. It was concluded from the analysis that the tube cracking originated from corrosion pitting and cracks developing in the form of corrosion fatigue and stress corrosion cracking (SCC). The elimination of residue stress during processing could prevent SCC and the duplex steel, Cr5MoND steel and 08Cr2AlMo steel could be selected for the tube materials.
