套管穿越处的阴极保护

Cathodic Protection of Conduit Crossing

套管作为管道穿越处的保护管 ,在穿越时能对管道的防护层起到很好的保护作用。但在管道的运行过程中 ,由于套管的屏蔽作用 ,套管内的管段处于线路阴极保护系统的屏蔽区 ,阴保电流不能对其起到保护作用 ,使其成为线路防护的薄弱环节。文章介绍了一种在套管内管段上补加特殊形状的牺牲阳极的方法 ,解决了这一特殊环境中的腐蚀问题。

Conduit, as the protection pipe for the pipeline crossing, provided good protection for the pipelines. Whereas in the operation of pipelines, the pipe inside the conduit was in the shielding area of the cathodic protection system because of the shielding of the conduit and cathodic current provided little protection to the pipe. This corrosion problem was solved when a sacrificing anode of unique form was applied inside the conduit.
