Application of Coatings for Corrosion Protection of Steel Oil Tanks

由于原油性质的变化 ,储油罐的腐蚀已引起了人们的重视。前郭炼油厂轻质油储罐中的半成品罐腐蚀较为突出 ,腐蚀率达 0 .187mm/a。采用环氧树脂类SJT3F导静电涂料涂刷的石脑油罐 ,3年后开罐检查 ,涂层完好。文章同时指出了在施工过程中应注意的问题。

Refiners have begun to pay more attention to the corrosion of oil storage tanks as the crude oils become heavier and sourer. The intermediate oil tanks in Qianguo Refinery experienced severe corrosion with a corrosion rate of 0.187 mm/a. When SJT3F electric-static conducting coating was applied to deal with this problem, no damages of the coating were found after 3 years of operation. The precautions in the construction were described.
