尾气管线自燃原因的分析与对策

摘要 脱硫醇碱液在氧化再生过程中产生的含有气态烃和空气的尾气 ,在输送时与碳钢管线发生了电化学析氢反应。定期排放尾气和向尾气中充氮气可防止管线自燃的发生。尾气管线在平稳操作的条件下产生自燃的原因是因为阴极析氢、并在管线中聚积达到爆燃极限后闪爆点燃管线中残存烃类而引起的。,并提出了解决这一问题的办法。 The tail gas produced in the regeneration of caustic fluid in sweetening process contained gaseous hydrocarbons and air. When the tail gas was transported by the pipeline, it reacted with the steel pipelines and the hydrogen segregation reaction took place. Periodic release of the tail gas to the pipeline or injection of ammonia the tail gas could prevent the auto-ignition in the pipeline. When the cathode hydrogen segregation accumulated in the pipe to the ignition point, it ignited the hydrocarbons in the tail gas and auto-combustion was the result. Measures to prevent auto-ignition were suggested.
