摘要
本文所试验的C - 2 0 0 0铬鞣剂是一种专为浸酸鞣制而研制的新型铬鞣剂 ,它适合于各种鞋面革在软化后直接进行鞣制。本文在研究鞣剂一般性质的基础上对比研究了C - 2 0 0 0鞣剂不浸酸鞣制和常规的鞣制方法 ,分析了两种方法所得革的性能。实验结果表明C - 2 0 0 0鞣剂在鞣制开始、pH值较高的情况下 ,也能顺利渗透 ,整个鞣制系统的pH值在很短的时间内降至 3.5~ 4.0 ,并且保持稳定。与常规的鞣制方法相比 ,C - 2 0 0 0鞣剂不浸酸鞣制革中铬含量高 ,分布更均匀。该鞣剂鞣出的革的丰满性、弹性比常规工艺鞣的革好 ,尤其边腹部的松面情况得到很好的改善 ,铬的吸收率也得到明显的提高。用C - 2 0 0 0鞣剂实施不浸酸鞣制不但简化了工艺操作 (去掉浸酸工序提碱操作 ) ,而且降低了成本 ,彻底解决了制革过程中的盐污染问题 。
A new kind of chrome tanning agent, C-2000 tanning agent, was specially made for the chrome tannage without pickling. Firstly, the characters of the tanning agent including the solubility, the pH value of solution with time changing, the content of Cr 2O 3 and the precipitation pH value were studied. And then the conditions of the tannage without pickling by the tanning material were optimized. Furthermore, the properties of leather tanned with the tanning agent were tested and compared to traditional tannage. The results of experiments have shown that the tanning agent penetrates well in bated hides and distributes evenly through the leather cross section compared to ordinary tanning agent. During the tanning period, the pH values of the system drops to 3.5-4.0 quickly and then keeps stable to the end. The properties of leather made by this novel technique like elasticity, fullness and strength are better than the ones made by formal procedure. Also, the loose grain in the belly is be improved prominently. In a word, the new tannage without pickling by the C-2000 tanning agent not only simplfies the procedure in which pickling and basifying are completely eliminated, but also minimizes the environment impact of chrome tanning to a great extent and clears up the pollution of salt brought from pickling.
