摘要
通过断口形貌与显微组织观察、化学成分测试等分析了汽车转向传动轴断裂失效的原因。结果表明:转向传动轴属扭转疲劳断裂,裂纹萌生于其外表面,表面粗糙的机加工痕迹形成裂纹源,是造成转向传动轴早期失效的主要原因。
The reasons for fracture failure of some steering driveshaft were analyzed from the tesls of fracture morphology, microstructure and chemical composition. The results show that the steering driveshaft broke because of torsional fatigue, and cracks initiated from the surface of the steering driveshaft. The main reason for early failure of the steering driveshaft was the rough machining trace.
