哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammaliantargetofrapam—ycin,roTOR)是一种丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,作为PT3K/Akt/mTOR信号转导途径中重要的信号分子,在调节细胞的增殖、生长、分化、凋亡、细胞周期调控、能量代谢等方面起着重要的作用。近年来研究发现,
