神经内镜下经蝶窦入路切除垂体瘤 被引量：2

摘要 1对象与方法淮安市第二人民医院神经外科2011年1月-2013年3月。内镜下经蝶人路切除垂体瘤20例，其中男9例、女11例，年龄41～71岁．病程0．5～8年。临床表现：视力下降伴视野缺损12例，头痛18例，肢端肥大或面容改变2例。生长激素及泌乳素增高各2例；无功能腺瘤16例。影像学提示：微腺瘤（直径〈1cm）6例，中小腺瘤（直径l～3cm）8例，大腺瘤（〉3cm）6例。
