摘要
目的对国内企业生产的脑蛋白水解物注射液进行相对密度测定，为研究该品种的质量标准提供依据。方法利用DE40密度计于室温20℃测定脑蛋白水解物注射液的相对密度。结果脑蛋白水解物注射液相对密度在1．0137～1．0211g／cm^3之间。结论本方法简单，快速，重复性好，为完善脑蛋白水解物注射液的质量标准提供依据。
Objective The relative density of cerebroprotein hydrolysate Injection was measured in order to improve its quality standard. Methods The measurements was conducted on DE40 density meter. Results The range of the relative density of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection was 1.0137-1.0211g/cm3. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility. The relative density can be applied to quality control of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.
