中医药治疗功能性便秘的基础研究进展

Progress of basic research on treatment of functional constipation with traditional Chinese medicine

功能性便秘是严重影响人们健康和生活质量的常见疾病之一。中医药在治疗功能性便秘方面具有一定优势。随着现代神经胃肠病学的发展,中医药治疗功能性便秘的基础研究也取得了较大进展。本文通过文献分析,概括了中医药治疗功能性便秘的作用机制,如调控肠神经系统、影响Cajal间质细胞、改善平滑肌的形态和功能、调节肠神经递质和激素含量等,并对今后研究提出了思路和建议。

Functional constipation is a common disease with severe impact on human health and life quality. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） has certain advantages in treatment of functional constipation.With the development of modern neural gastroenterology, we have made huge progress of basic research on TCM treatment of functional constipation.Based on literature analysis,the study summarized mechanisms on TCM treatment of functional constipation,such as regulating the enteric nervous system,affecting interstitial cells of Cajal,improving morphology and functions of smooth muscle,regulating the level of intestinal neurotransmitters and hormones. The study also put forward directions and suggestions for future researches.
