中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effects of integrative medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的分析中西医结合疗法在急性胰腺炎临床治疗中的疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月期间收治的80例患有急性胰腺炎疾病的患者作为研究对象，将80例患者分为2组，观察组（给予中医治疗＋西医治疗）与对照组（给予西医治疗）各40例，并对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比研究。结果经过不同的治疗后，观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97．5％与85．0％，对比发现，观察组疗效显著优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎疗效明显，值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of integrative medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute panereatitis were selected as research subjects and assigned to two groups. 40 patients in the observation group received integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment while 40 patients in the control group received western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total total therapeutic response rates were 97.5% in the observation group and 85.0% in the control group respectively.Comparative analysis revealed better therapeutic effects in the observation group than the control group, with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrative medicine has good therapeutic effects in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
