摘要
通过在心血管科开展的医护一体化优质护理服务的过程中,调整工作模式,转变服务理念,优化住院环境,提高专业护理内涵,强化健康指导,提高了医护人员配合程度,使患者对医生护士的诊疗护理满意度和对健康知识的知晓率提高,护士对护理工作的主动性、积极性大大提高。从而提高了心血管病住院患者的满意度和护理工作质量。
Through cardiology care integrated quality carein the process of restructuring of work patterns, changing service concept,optimizing the hospital environment,improve the content of professional care, strengthen health guidance,improve the degree of cooperation with medical staff, doctors and nurseson the patient the clinic nurse satisfaction and increased awareness of health knowledge,nurses nursing initiative are greatly improved.Thereby improving cardiovascular patients'satisfaction and quality of care.
