摘要
本科生导师制是推进素质教育、培养创新能力的新型教育模式。国内部分医学院校进行了尝试。文章对其实施现状进行分析,阐述了其四个方面的优势,并指出了存在的问题和困难,提出了改进的建议和对策。以期这一模式在医学人才培养中发挥重要作用。
The undergraduate tutorial system is a new education mode for facilitating quality education and training innovative ability. Some medical colleges have been implemented it. We analyze its practice situation, discuss its four advantages and existing problems and difficulties, and propose improving strategies for educing its important function in medical talent train.
