从门诊处方浅析我院不合理用药现状

Analysis of irrational drugs use from outpatient prescriptions

目的为了进一步规范临床诊疗行为,了解我院不合理用药现状,探讨我院门诊不合理用药的情况及改进措施。方法随机抽取我院2011年门诊处方8326张,根据药品说明书及文献,药师对处方进行审核,包括不适当合并用药、联合用药、配伍禁忌、用法用量、选用不当等问题进行综合分析。结果 8326张被抽查的门诊处方中,合格率为97.2%,有3240张处方使用抗菌药物,占38.92%,有316张处方存在不合理用药情况,占3.8%。结论我院存在严重不合理用药情况,今后应该综合各种措施来改进不合理用药,进一步提高合理用药水平。

Objective To explore the irrational drugs use situation and improvement measures in outpatient department of our hospital in order to further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment behavior. Methods 8326 prescriptions were randomly collected from outpatient department of our hospital in 201l year. According to the manufacturer＇s instructions and document literature, detailed analysis of drug abuse was done by senior pharmacists, including harmful drug combinations, synergistic medications, biocompatibility, dosage, method of administration and improper drug selections. Results In all 8326 prescriptions collected, the rate of rational drugs use accounted for 97.2%, and the prescriptions including antimicrohial agents was 3240, accounting for 38.92%, and the prescriptions including irrational drugs use was 316, accounting for 3.8%. Conclusion Severe drug abuse exist in our hospital, so appropriate measures should be taken to resolve the situation and improve rational clinical drugs use.
