COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机治疗疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of applying noninvasive ventilator for treatment of COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure

目的探讨无创呼吸机在治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的价值。方法选择我院患者26例,均为COPD同时合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭,患者除了应用内科基础治疗,还采用无创呼吸机通气,观察治疗前后动脉血pH,PaO2,PaCO2等的变化。结果无创通气后pH,PaO2均有升高,同时PaCO2有下降。结论早期应用无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭效果较好,并发症少,患者易于接受。

Objective To explore the value of applying noninvasive ventilator for treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with type II respiratory failure. Methods 26 patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in our hospital were selected for study. The patients received both basic medical treatment and ventilation by noninvasive ventilator. Changes of arterial blood pH,PaO2 and PaCO2 before and after treatment were observed. Results After noninvasive ventilation,pH and PaO2 increased while PaCO2 decreased. Conclusion Early application of noninvasive ventilation has good effects on treatment of COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,with few complications and good compliance.
