摘要 烟雾病（moyamoyadisease，MMD）是颈内动脉末端及大脑中、大脑前动脉起始部动脉内膜缓慢增厚，管腔进行性狭窄、闭塞，颅底形成异常血管网为特征的少见脑血管病，
