摘要
近来，各地接连报告了18例疑似接种乙肝疫苗发病病例，除1人康复外，其余17例死亡，且多为新生儿。一时间，“乙肝疫苗疑似致死新生儿”的可怕报道引发了全社会的强烈关注。乙肝疫苗是什么，它是否安全？
