辛伐他汀对脑出血患者神经功能恢复的作用

Effects of simvastatin on nerve functional recovery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察脑出血患者应用辛伐他汀治疗脑出血后的神经功能及日常生活能力恢复的情况。方法选择住院脑出血患者60例,随机分为辛伐他汀治疗组(30例)和常规治疗组(30例)。治疗组从入院起给予口服或鼻饲由杭州默沙东制药有限公司产的辛伐他汀20mg·d-1。所有患者均于入院、7d进行判定使用欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评定神经功能缺损的程度,21d、30d评定治疗前后的日常生活能力(AD),评分采用Batherel指数量表。结果辛伐他汀治疗组神经功能缺损评分有明显减少;Barthel指数均较常规治疗组高,P<0.05。结论辛伐他汀可促进脑功能恢复。

Objective To observe the damage of nerve function and activity of daily living after simvastatin on the cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 hospitalized cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly derided into treating group and control group, with 30 patients each. simvastation was administered by nasogastrie or oral feeding from the first day of admission, 20mg per nighe. The damage of nerve function was evaluated by the stroke scale of Europe on 1d, 7d and activity of daily living（AD） pre and post treatment was evaluated with Batherel index table in all the patients on 21d, 30d.Results The neurological deficits cores of treating group were reduced, and Batherel indexes were increased （ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Simvastatin can help for the recovery of brain function.
