摘要
采用失重法、表面观察法和极化曲线法研究了缓蚀剂浓度、溶液的 p H值、Cl- 、Ca2 + 和温度等诸因素对 XM- 10 1磷系缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的影响。结果发现 :当 XM- 10 1浓度为 75 m g/ L,溶液的 p H值为 7.15时 ,XM- 10 1对自来水中碳钢的缓蚀率接近 10 0 %
The factors affecting inhibition effect of XM 101 phosphate series inhibitor were studied by means of weight loss, surface observation and polarization curves Effects of inhibitor concentration, solution pH, Cl -, Ca 2+ and temperature were studied Results howed that inhibition efficiency of XM 101 on carbon steel in tap water could approximate 100% with inhibitor concentration of 75mg/L at pH 7 15
