Expert consensus about American 2013 series of Hypertensive Guidelines and Recommendations

针对2013年底美国颁布3个高血压系列指南和建议进行了讨论,指出了JNC8存在的局限性。就当前高血压防治的若干问题达成专家共识。中国高血压防治的主要任务是提高人群高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率,降低心脑血管病发病率和死亡率。

The Cardiovascular Committee of Wuhan Medical Association discussed the three USA hypertensive guidelines and recommendations issued in the end of 2013.The limitations of JNC8were pointed out,and some consensuses on the management of hypertension were reached.The main task of Chinese hypertension management is to improve the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertensive population,and reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease.
