摘要
例1男，52岁。因右侧肢体活动不灵伴麻木20d入院。查体：神清语明，双侧瞳孔等大同圆，直径约3．0mm，直间接对光反射灵敏，左侧顶枕部可见颅骨向内凹陷，大小约3．0em×3．0cm，深约1．0cm，右侧肢体肌力Ⅳ级，左侧肢体肌力V级，余神经系统查体无阳性体征。
