摘要
基于应变疲劳相关理论,采用Hypermesh软件建立了汽车前横向稳定杆的FEM模型,按照实际的跳动行程与约束条件,利用Nastran进行静态力学求解,然后将求解结果在nCode DesignLife中做E-N仿真分析。获得预测该零件的应变疲劳寿命、寿命安全系数及断裂危险位置等信息,验证了零件设计的合理性,同时为零件优化设计及材料的选择提供了科学设计依据。
Abstract:On the basis of relevant theory of strain fatigue, a finite element model of automobile front transverse stability bar was established by hypermesh software. According to the actual beating shape and constraints, the static mechanics analysis of model was calculated by Nastran, then the results was made for E-N of fatigue in the nCode DesignLife. It is attained to predict the part of strain fatigue life, safety coefficient of life-plan and location of fracture risk information. Then, the rationality of the parts design was verified. A scientific and accurate design basises were provided for the optimization design and selection of the material.
